Here's a quick summary from my perspective - he is technically competent, organized, dependable, and most importantly - very, very good with clients. He is deferential to the client without being subservient, has good antennae for all the nuances of personal relationships, and the bottom line - he is a genuine, nice person that you want to hang out with (this is not easy to find).
