We operate the activities in private mode for each family or self-formed group, with our own staff and gear, which means we have full control of every detail. You do not have to share your experience with larger groups of tourists. We welcome children, as well as grandparents, to join us rafting, climbing trees, riding horses, and many other fun activities.

We can plan for your Costa Rica Family Vacation to be a fully guided Premium Trip, a fully independent package, or anything in between. Many families combine some guided time with a few relaxing days on their own, or they travel independently but enjoy private adventures operated by Serendipity along the way. Other families prefer to have a dedicated guide to take them around, but forego the private adventure operation and instead join groups for the activities each day, to lower the cost a bit.
