With Aunt, Uncle, niece and nephews and varying likes and dislikes plus one member using a mobility scooter we decided our best bet might be to utilize a tour company. After much research we decided on Serendipity Adventures and it was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we started planning our vacation, the whole Serendipity team was patient with my many questions and ensured my mom and I had the trip of a lifetime. Our travel specialist was always so kind and made every effort to personalize our itinerary with a great mix of exploring the outdoors while embracing the local culture.

Their team were great. All our shuttles were on time and the excursions were spectacular. It was nice to also not to plan it all for a big group. The hotel had everything we asked for.
We loved tubing, safari float, hanging bridges hike and Rio Celeste hike. Canyoning was incredible! The guides for all tours were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Thank you Serendipity for all of your coordination!
In-country communications were easy and the trip organization was as expected. Our primary goal was to avoid tourist crowds and we were able to do that with the help of Serendipity. We had a blast and enjoyed each of our destinations. We look forward to returning to Costa Rica.
We were lucky to have found Serendipity Adventures for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We never thought that we could have gone hiking, tree climbing to have lunch on top of a 400-year-old tree, and other unusual activities. We were not able to stop talking about the trip for a long time.
