Job description:
Communicate with potential travelers (in writing and over the phone) to learn about their travel needs and design tailor-made packages, personalized around their specific preferences. Create online travel plans, and work with client to fine-tune as needed.
Required skills and experience:
- Advanced english, written and spoken (min. B2)
- Previous experience in sales
- Previous experience within the tourism sector.
- Ample knowledge of Costa Rica as a destination (experience within luxury travel is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Agility using online platforms, digital tools, and common office programs
- Superior teamworking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to do multi-tasking
