Job description:  

Communicate with potential travelers (in writing and over the phone) to learn about their travel needs and design tailor-made packages, personalized around their specific preferences. Create online travel plans, and work with client to fine-tune as needed.

Required skills and experience:

  • Advanced english, written and spoken (min. B2)
  • Previous experience in sales 
  • Previous experience within the tourism sector.
  • Ample knowledge of Costa Rica as a destination (experience within luxury travel is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Agility using online platforms, digital tools, and common office programs
  • Superior teamworking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to do multi-tasking
